Counselling Services
The best advice on finding someone is to keep trying people until you find a fit for you, as regardless of profession or method used (clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor etc) the research tells us that the relationship between therapist and client is the best predictor of a good outcome ie, if you relate to/click with the therapist etc, you’re much more likely to find that therapy works for you.
